Drew Barrymore Loves This Easy Protein-Packed Breakfast

While the eggs continue to cook, the pair season the vegetables with dill, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil. As Barrymore loosely mixes the veggies, herbs and seasonings together, Zakarian scrambles the eggs with a rubber spatula.

“In the words of Kristin Wiig in Bridesmaids, ‘That is fresh,’” Barrymore quips after tasting the seasoned fresh vegetables. “That is so good, it’s so vibrant.”

With a crack of black pepper on top of the eggs, everything is all ready to plate. Using a toasted corn tortilla as a base, scoop the soft scrambled eggs on each tortilla, followed by the fresh veggies with herbs. For a colorful and delicious garnish, Zakarian tops each plate with sliced radishes, feta cheese, salt and pepper.

“We have a beautiful breakfast, a beautiful lunch or a beautiful dinner,” the chef says. Eggs are one of our favorite sources of protein, as they contain nutrients like B vitamins, which are great for your heart, skin and hair, plus choline, which can help strengthen your brain and memory.

“It’s incredible. I love it so much,” Barrymore raves after taking a bite.
